We recently purchased our first home through MMC in September. Our advisor was Jake Maier. He was referred to us by our realtor. We contacted him on short notice to have a preapproval and good faith estimate performed. Without hestiation, he knocked it out in about an hour and we were able to put a bid down on the house. It ultimately became the house we purchased. The rate Jake gave us was lower than any rate we were quoted in the Omaha area. Because MMC is based out of St. Louis, all of our communcation was done via email and phone but I never felt the distance gap when working with MMC. Jake made it very clear that we could contact him day or night with any questions we had, no matter how mundane or simple they felt to us. It's been about 6 months since we closed, with no issues, and we are confident that we can still ask Jake a question and will receive a response within a couple of hours.
