Imagine what you could accomplish if...

Instead of struggling to adapt to the next round of government regulation and guideline changes, you had the freedom and time to do what you first loved about this business – working with customers.

  • You had access to all the tools of a major mortgage banker, yet you were able to maintain the flexibility and independence that you've earned.
  • You didn't have to worry about meeting increasing net-worth requirements.
  • You were able to keep a greater portion of your income, instead of spending it on compliance.
  • You had the freedom to run your office without the headaches of ownership.
  • You didn't have to sweat the next HUD or state audit.
  • You were able to change the Realtor/loan officer dynamic to your favor.

With Midwest Mortgage Capital, you don't have to imagine it. You can achieve it.

Capitalize on Emerging Opportunities with Greater Peace of Mind

The events of the last few years in the housing market have shaken the mortgage industry in ways few people anticipated. Realtors, brokers, and lenders are all wrestling with the new mortgage requirements, loan guidelines, Dodd-Frank rules, HVCC, compensation changes, and so on. Those who succeed in the next wave of mortgage lending will seek strategic partnerships and have a business plan that capitalizes on opportunities that the housing market crisis has unearthed. Midwest Mortgage Capital's Member Office Program can help you succeed. We seek to work with established brokerages, small lenders, and originator teams looking for a new alliance in the mortgage industry.

Why Partner with Midwest Mortgage Capital?

By working with Midwest Mortgage Capital, you can focus on building your client base while we provide the infrastructure to originate, underwrite, and fund your loans. Our Member Office Program gives you every competitive advantage available in the market today.

Flexible Compensation
Member Offices retain 100% of their revenue. As a Member Office Director, you will have the flexibility to set margins and compensation plans for yourself as well as your originators.

Continued Training and Support
You'll receive ongoing sales training and support from our corporate office so you stay up to date on the latest loan programs and technology. A dedicated in-house Member Services Delegate will prioritize your loans and make sure that all commitment dates and closings are met. Since we are a direct lender, you'll have a team of processors, underwriters, and closing agents at your service to make sure even the most complex of loan files receive the utmost attention.

Extensive Loan Program Offerings
Our comprehensive menu of loan products allows us to serve more customers. We have a product for virtually every scenario, including products that are typically not available to smaller mortgage retailers.

As a Member Office, you will be able to originate:

  • All conventional products, including Fannie Mae HomePath and HARP loans
  • Veterans Affairs (VA)
  • Federal Housing Administration (FHA), including 203(k) and HECM
  • State bond issue programs (MHDC, IHDA), including cash assistance
  • USDA Rural Development Guaranteed Housing
  • Jumbo Loans

Because we underwrite our loan files in-house and lend our own funds to the borrower, we enjoy the independence to ensure that even the most challenging deals are given proper consideration.

Consistent, Dependable Appraisers
We have built our own professional network of appraisers who work directly with Midwest Mortgage Capital for no-hassle compliance with Appraiser Independence Requirements (formerly HVCC). You no longer have to use high-priced national vendors who seem to work on their own schedule. We negotiate volume discounts and hold our network of appraisers to the highest quality standard to ensure that you get the best and most accurate appraisal for your clients.

Efficient Processing and Underwriting
Since we participate in FHA's Direct Endorsement and VA's LAPP programs, all underwriting is performed in-house by our experienced staff of FHA DE and VA SAR underwriters. You can process your own loans, or you can trust Midwest Mortgage Capital's highly qualified processors to handle this task for you. We offer extremely aggressive turn times, typically 48 hours or less for underwriting and 24 hours or less for closing docs.

Technology for the Next Generation of Mortgage Originators

Unlike a regular company website, the appearance of the intranet site can be adapted to each user's preference. Updates to the site are made automatically by the main office, so you'll never be bogged down with outdated forms or information.

Partner with an Industry Leader

Midwest Mortgage Capital was founded in 2001 by industry veterans with the common purpose of acting in our customers' best interests and delivering superb service. Wanting to retain as much control over each of our transactions as possible, we quickly gained Direct Endorsement approval and in-house underwriting, correspondent investor relationships, and in-house funding. Subsequently, over the last decade, Midwest Mortgage Capital has grown to one of the largest mortgage bankers in the Midwest, now doing business in 13 states and counting. We are committed to helping people achieve the dream of home ownership, and we aim to increase the number of home buyers and home owners we reach by aligning our business with established retail mortgage offices like yours.
