Our Partner Program |
Our Partner Program is designed to bring together the major business types that collaborate on home purchases. We strongly believe in the need for home owners and home buyers to have a professional to represent them in the sale or purchase of their home. We also believe that having a strong relationship between your agent and your lender offers the customer the best possible experience. That's why we've put together this program.
We offer our partners the opportunity to market their services to our website visitors as well as our business clients. As a partner, your business profile would be featured on our site and you can even add your property listings to our searchable database. Whether you're an agent or a builder, we drive new leads to your business AND deliver them with financing in place. Plus, our proprietary technology manages the transaction from start to finish.

| How Does the Program Work |

| It's very simple. Complete your new partner registration and a member of our team will review your information. If you are approved for the program, you will be given a username and password to access our Partner's Center. The first time you log into the system, you will be prompted to create your business profile and upload your photo (agents) or your company logo (builders). Once your profile has been completed, you simply activate it and you're done. Your profile will then automatically be included in our directory. |

Our Referral Network
As one of the leading lenders in the Midwest , MMC provides home buyers and home owners with financial services in Missouri , Illinois , Indiana , Kansas , Colorado & Louisiana . Many of our customers seek their new home financing prior to enlisted the help of an agent or home builder. All partners who have an activated profile will be eligible to receive these referrals. Referrals are randomly assigned to eligible partners who match the buyers criteria for location, type of services and price range. |

Marketing Your Home Listings
From the Partner's Center you may add as many listings and/or home models as you wish to our property database. Each listing will be equipped with links to your business profile, an estimated monthly payment, your contact information, and many other tools to help potential buyers. Any contact or rate request which comes from one of your listings, will be copied into your contacts folder in the Partner Center. |
