Is the only thing standing between you and your new home a big enough down payment? At Midwest Mortgage Capital, we may be able to help. We have partnered with AmeriDream, Inc., a nonprofit organization that can help with your down payment needs.

How The Program Works
AmeriDream provides down payment assistance to first-time homebuyers and all who are seeking home ownership. MMC will qualify you for a loan that accepts gift funds. To qualify for the AmeriDream Program, you simply need to let your mortgage banker know that you are interested in the program before you sign a contract to buy your house. MMC will work with your real-estate agent and the seller of your home to make sure you have a smooth transaction.

MMC will submit an online application to AmeriDream for you, and the funds will be sent to the settlement agent who handles your home closing. In addition, the person selling the home to you must be willing to enroll in AmeriDream's program by signing a seller enrollment form. MMC will send the seller the necessary enrollment form before the closing date.

There's more good news! Because the funds received are a gift, you do not have to repay them.
